Regulation Timetable

Regulation does not come into force until January 1st 2009. However, waiting until the last minute is a sure recipe for disaster. The FSA has published its own timetable for activity through this year, and we have expanded that timetable with our suggestion as to when certain types of firms should be doing which activities in preparation. These are just our suggestions, we hope you find them useful.
